NuP Aktiv Teamtraining

Why not trying something new?
Following this motto, NuP Aktiv applies new methods in further education!

Therefore, the first NuP Aktiv-Teamtraining took place in Nature Park “Hohe Wand” on 18th and 19th October 2006.
This two-day-outdoor-training was organized by go_act!ve and NuP Aktiv.
The NuP Aktiv-team jointly solved some rather tricky exercises in the outdoors and discussed them later - e. g. „guiding blind“, „finding the rucksack“, „lava-lake“, „spider-net“. The whole event was supervised by two outdoor-trainers, Judith Moser and Gerd Brandstetter.



With the help of these exercises, the following aims could be reached:

	Coming to know each other better
	Stimulate trust and cooperation
	Improving our communication in the NuP Aktiv-team
	Clarifying functions and responsabilities
	Clarifying the expectations in NuP Aktiv
	Come to an unterstanding about everybody’s role in the project and the team, improving everyone’s team-competence
	Definition of individaul an common aims
	Clarifying everyone’s strengths and potentials and benefit of them, stimulating creativity

In a relaxed, friendly atmosphere an surrounded by incredible nature and weather, the NuP Aktiv-employees and Reinhard Sprinzl (manager of Nature Park „Heidenreichsteiner Moor“) could develop lots of valuable inputs and take home many new ideas for their everyday-work in the Nature Parks.

In short: The successful base for an effective cooperation and a positive future has been created.
