Basic objectives
NuP Aktiv has two basic objectives:
| 1. | The reintegration of long-term unemployed people into the labour market |
| 2. | The development of the Lower Austrian Nature Parks |
These objectives are met through the creation of jobs oriented to future needs in the Lower Austrian Nature Parks which are filled by NuP Aktiv with dedicated labour. Within 12 months of facilitation long term unemployed people, or people threatened with long term unemployment, get the opportunity to distinguish themselves in their field. After one successful NuP Aktiv – year these employees are be taken into regular employment. The employers are both the Lower Austrian Nature Parks and Nature Park communities and private enterprises.
