Sölktäler

Quiet Mountain Jewels and Styrian Cheese

This nature park is situated in the middle of the lower Tauern and consisting of the big and the small Sölktal. It contains not only flora-rich mountain meadows but also, strung along the Kerbtäler valleys, are idyllic mountain villages. The landscape is created from the numerous alms, still in use, with their typical products, and the many magical mountain lakes and peaks.
