Leiser Berge
On the traces of old cultures
The Nature Park Leiser Berge lies in the heart of the Weinviertel. From the view point Oberleiser Berg one overlooks the mixed landscape with its fields, woods and dry meadows which are farmed since the Neolithic Age. The fields cuddle up in geometrical figures to the gentle hills and change their colour dress constantly up to the harvest. Because of the partly plateau-like character of the forest and moor mountains the spacious area of the Nature Park is especially suitable for comfortable family tours.
