With public transportation:

By train (Westbahn) to Melk or also by train (Franz Josefs-Bahn and Donauuferbahn) from Vienna via Absdorf-Hippersdorf, Hadersdorf and Krems to Spitz. Further by bus along the river Danube, through the Weitental, towards Maria Laach or into the Spitzer Graben.

By car:

1) A1 – exit Melk – crossing the bridge over the river Danube towards the north shore oft he Wachau to the roundabout at Emmersdorf
2) From Vienna – A22 – S5 towards Krems – B3 to Spitz

The Nature Park is bounded by the following streets or rivers (outgoing from the roundabout near Emmersdorf): The Danube or B3 to Weitenegg – B 216 to „Am Schluss“ – L81 to Mühldorf – B 217 to Spitz – the Danube or B3 to the Emmersdorfer roundabout.
The whole area within these streets lies in the Nature Park Jauerling-Wachau.
Information points should be opened in the course of the year in the central places along these streets.
