Raab-Orség-Goricko
A borderless natural and cultural place
Imbedded between the River Lafnitz to the North, Stadelberg (at the Slowenian border), to the South and the formative “Au” – landscape of the river Raab, lies the only trilateral nature park in Europe. It is a patchwork that is set in a soft hilly landscape filled with elongated narrow fields, meadows and woods as well as vineyards and orchards interspersed by remote farms and hamlets.
